Start early with breakfast before heading to Sossusvlei, famous for its towering red sand dunes. Explore Deadvlei’s stark white clay pan and climb iconic dunes like Big Daddy. Visit Sesriem Canyon for a short walk through its rocky gorges. Enjoy lunch nearby before heading back to your lodge. Spend the afternoon relaxing or joining optional activities like a hot air balloon ride. End your day with dinner under the desert sky.
After breakfast, depart for the coastal town of Swakopmund. En route, visit the Walvis Bay Lagoon, known for its flamingos and rich birdlife. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, enjoy dinner and take a stroll along the beach or through the town’s vibrant streets, soaking up the unique coastal atmosphere.
Enjoy breakfast before a day of optional activities in Swakopmund. Choose from exploring the lunar landscape and Welwitschia trails, quad biking over dunes, visiting the National Marine Aquarium, or taking a city tour. After breakfast, head north to Cape Cross to visit the large Cape Fur Seal Colony. Watch thousands of playful seals on the rocky shores. Continue your journey to Damaraland, a region known for its rugged beauty and ancient rock art. Check into your lodge and enjoy dinner while taking in the peaceful surroundings of this remote wilderness.
