Luxury in the bush, then a new perspective on the Falls
Pair the intimate wildlife encounters of Kapama Private Game Reserve with an elegant Victoria Falls stay. Three nights at Kapama River Lodge or Kapama Southern Camp bring six guided reserve drives and time to enjoy your lodge between outings. A restful night at InterContinental Johannesburg O.R. Tambo separates the road safari from your flight to Zimbabwe, where Victoria Falls Safari Club becomes your base for two nights.
US$6,000 per person sharing; US$8,400 for a solo traveller. The price includes the scheduled Johannesburg–Victoria Falls flight and all airport-to-accommodation connections in the itinerary, together with the Johannesburg–Kapama road transfers. Lodge choice and room category are confirmed before booking; Royal suites, private-pool villas and other premium upgrades are not automatically included.
Six drives through Kapama’s wildlife country
Arrive for lunch and an afternoon safari, then follow the reserve’s rhythm with morning and evening drives on Days 2 and 3. A final sunrise drive on Day 4 completes your Kapama stay. Guides search for wildlife across this private Greater Kruger reserve, with no guarantee of particular sightings. This section takes place in Kapama, rather than inside Kruger National Park itself.
Unwind between drives by the pool, enjoy leisurely meals or book a spa treatment at extra cost. The experience is luxurious without implying a private safari vehicle, exclusive lodge use or a specific upgraded suite.
Victoria Falls by river, rainforest and air
After your airport-hotel overnight, fly to Victoria Falls and settle into the Safari Club’s elevated bushveld setting. Your first evening brings a sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi, followed the next morning by a guided walk along the Falls viewpoints and rainforest paths.
On the final day, a 13-minute scenic helicopter flight offers a contrasting view of the river and waterfall landscape. This included flight is subject to weather, operational conditions and the timing of your airport transfer. The cruise and guided Falls visit are also included; optional Chobe trips, adventure activities and cultural outings are extra.
Clear inclusions for a carefully paced journey
At Kapama, the included meal plan covers arrival lunch and dinner, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Days 2–3, and departure breakfast. The remaining days include the breakfasts listed in your itinerary and the Zambezi cruise dinner on Day 5. Hotel meals on Day 4, lunch on Day 5, and lunches and dinners in Victoria Falls outside the cruise are extra; a Boma dinner can be arranged separately.
Imported alcoholic drinks, gratuities, spa treatments, insurance, visas and personal purchases are excluded. Although the supplied programme suggests returning to Johannesburg after Victoria Falls, only the outbound Johannesburg–Victoria Falls flight is explicitly included. Your return or onward flight is quoted separately unless your booking confirmation states otherwise. Confirm all flight timings and baggage allowances with us before purchasing international connections.
