From Kruger’s open plains to the roar of the Zambezi
Spend seven days discovering two very different sides of Southern Africa: wildlife-rich Greater Kruger and the river landscapes of Victoria Falls. Begin with three nights at Sekekama Tented Camp, pause for a practical overnight in Johannesburg, then fly to Zimbabwe for two nights at Bayete Guest Lodge.
US$2,500 per person sharing; US$3,500 for a solo traveller. Your scheduled one-way Johannesburg–Victoria Falls flight and all transfers in the itinerary are included. The journey starts at OR Tambo International Airport and finishes at Victoria Falls Airport; your flight home or onward from Victoria Falls is not included.
Glamping nights and two full days in Kruger
Sekekama provides a relaxed Greater Kruger base with furnished en-suite tents, solar power and a communal pool and dining area. Your first afternoon takes you into Blue Canyon Reserve for a sunset game drive. The next two days are devoted to open-vehicle safaris in Kruger National Park’s Orpen–Satara region, with roughly seven to eight hours of wildlife viewing each day. Guides adjust the schedule to conditions and animal activity rather than following a fixed sightings checklist.
Return to camp between outings to unwind in the bush setting. Wildlife sightings, including the Big Five, are never guaranteed, and shared game drives offer the chance to explore alongside other travellers.
A river sunset and a morning at the Falls
After your Johannesburg overnight and included flight, settle into family-run Bayete Guest Lodge, with tropical gardens, a swimming pool and comfortable rooms. A Zambezi sunset dinner cruise welcomes you to Victoria Falls, pairing river scenery with a three-course meal. The following morning, walk the viewpoints with a guide and discover the Falls from the Zimbabwean side.
The afternoon and your final morning are free for relaxation, shopping or separately booked activities. Helicopter flights, adventure activities and excursions to Chobe are optional extras, not part of the included itinerary; some depend on season, availability and transfer times.
What your budget covers
Six nights, daily breakfasts, the Day 5 cruise dinner, the scheduled safari outings, a guided Falls visit, entrance fees, the Johannesburg–Victoria Falls flight and itinerary transfers are included. Other lunches and dinners, drinks, gratuities, insurance and personal expenses are extra. Camp evenings may include communal dining, but dinners on Days 1–3 are not included under the supplied breakfast-only meal plan.
Accommodation and flight availability, luggage allowances and pickup times are confirmed before booking. Plan to arrive in Johannesburg early enough for the Day 1 road transfer and sunset drive; ask us to check your international flight timing before purchasing tickets. Check Zimbabwe entry and visa requirements for your passport.
