Start your adventure with a morning pick-up from Windhoek. Travel through stunning mountain scenery and across the famous Spreetshoogte Pass, stopping for photos along the way. You’ll also visit the small desert town of Solitaire for a bite or a sweet treat. Upon arrival at your lodge or campsite near the Namib Desert, settle in and enjoy a delicious dinner under the desert sky.
Wake up early for a magical sunrise over the world’s tallest dunes at Sossusvlei. You can hike to the top of Dune 45 for amazing views. Then, take a 4x4 ride deeper into the desert to explore the eerie beauty of Deadvlei, with its ancient trees and clay pan. After lunch, visit Sesriem Canyon and Elim Dune before heading back for a hearty dinner and a relaxing evening.
Travel through the Namib-Naukluft Park towards the coast. Stop at the Tropic of Capricorn sign for photos and visit Walvis Bay Lagoon, where you may spot flamingos and other birds. Arrive in Swakopmund, a charming seaside town, where you’ll have time to explore the beach, shops, and cafes. Enjoy dinner at your lodge.
Begin the day with breakfast, followed by a visit to the fascinating Moon Valley, a landscape shaped by time, and see the Welwitschia Mirabilis—one of the oldest living plants on Earth, also called a "living fossil."
Optional Activities (at extra cost, booked in advance):
- Quadbiking through dunes and hills
- Crystal Gallery and museums
- Visit to the Snake Park or National Marine Aquarium
- Shopping at the street craft market
- Bicycle tour of Mondesa Township
- Skydiving over the desert
- Deep-sea fishing trip
- Sandboarding adventure
- Kayaking with playful seals
- Dolphin cruise (can combine with Sandwich Harbour for full-day outing)
After a day of adventure and discovery, enjoy lunch and later settle down for dinner in Swakopmund.
Leave the coast behind after breakfast and travel north to Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. After lunch along the way, check in at your lodge or camp near Etosha. Later, set out on your first exciting game drive, searching for elephants, lions, rhinos, and more. Dinner will be served at your accommodation after your safari.
Spend the entire day exploring Etosha’s vast plains and watering holes, home to countless animals and birds. With luck, you’ll see elephants, giraffes, zebras, and predators like lions and cheetahs. Lunch will be enjoyed inside the park or at your lodge, followed by more wildlife sightings in the afternoon. In the evening, relax with a satisfying dinner
Take a final scenic drive back to Windhoek, passing through small towns along the way. Lunch is included en route. Upon arrival in the capital city, your tour concludes with memories of Namibia’s stunning landscapes and wildlife.
