Four days beside Pilanesberg’s hippo pool
Enjoy three nights at four-star Bakubung Bush Lodge, a comfortable base overlooking the reserve and its hippo-pool setting. Seven guided open-vehicle safaris let you explore at sunrise and in the cooler afternoon, with lodge leisure and meals between outings.
Pilanesberg is a malaria-free reserve shaped by an ancient volcanic crater. Its varied habitats support elephants, rhinos, lions and many other animals. Your guides follow wildlife movements and conditions; Big Five sightings are never guaranteed.
Room to relax between the drives
Take a dip in the pool or enjoy the lodge grounds. Spa treatments and additional activities are separately charged. Family facilities and an accessible room can be requested, subject to availability; tell us your needs before booking.
